I am currently a Technical Product Support Specialist for Full Swing Golf Systems.
Here's a short summary of what that entails:
• Provide Tier 1 remote technical support for Full Swing Golf simulators in both high-end residential and commercial environments.
• Troubleshot a variety of software, licensing, network, account, and hardware issues to restore functionality for clients.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance support processes and improve overall customer satisfaction.
As listed in my project page, I was a Cybersecurity Research Intern for the National Lab for a little over 3 months. This position gave me a lot of experience, including manipulating sensitive and propriety data, dealing with the stress of going live, and being directly responsible for mission-critical parts of the portal for the Liberty Eclipse Project.
At the Country Club of Colorado, I was a desk attendant for their fitness and aquatic facilities. Most of my duties revolved around customer service. However, as I became more trusted, I also became a trainer of new staff and an unofficial supervisor. When the club switched its PoS system, I became beneficial in its setup and usability. I helped set up the back end and UI to match what was wanted by my supervisors, and they still use my design today.
I was a stocking associate at Walmart for about a year. My responsibilities included: hauling freight, organizing freight, stocking freight, and customer service. I was highly regarded by my supervisors, and was known to be tremendously efficient and reliant. I often volunteered for hard projects, and had a great relationship with the staff.
My mother and I volunteered at RMH for about 6 to 7 years. RMH provides room and board for families while their child is in the hospital. As a volunteer, I would clean common areas, do laundry, and aid with dinner. This helped take a load off the main staff, and ensured more people were able to stay.
I'm part of CFF, and have been for almost a decade. CFF provides funding, and volunteers to local nonprofits around Colorado Springs. As a result, I have been a part of a variety of different volunteer projects as a community volunteer.
Would repair, spec and build personal computers and small server rigs as well as occasionally diagnosis and repair individual pieces of hardware.
Software development for friends of mine; scripts, plugins, server management tools, etc.
